Even though, e-cigarette has not yet been proved to its abilities in terms to be legitimated smoking cessation aid. And there are many health concern from many public organization to its result. But in many develop countries, such as the United Kingdom, electronic cigarette has approved its safe and use is currently unrestricted to sale and allow to use, while in some country such as Netherland is also allowed but cannot be advertising based on the reason in morality terms that with advantage points of the electric cigarette, many un-smokers will turn to smoke his product which can lead them to addict to the nicotine that contained in the product.
